JIT Engineering PLC is a legally registered Ethiopian engineering company dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated engineering solutions. Backed by a team of experienced professionals, we consistently execute projects that meet both national and international standards, fulfilling client expectations just in time.

Founders

Temam Adem Mohammed

Founder and professional electrical engineer, graduated from Adama Science and Technology University. He has more than 10 years of work experience in different projects, with strong skills in MV, LV, ELV, and ICT systems.

Jabessa Amishu Gelgelu

Founder and professional electrical engineer, graduated from Adama Science and Technology University. He has worked as Telecom network Engineer and has skills of fiber optic communications and management skills. Totally he has mixed experience of technical and managerial skills.

Central Olompia Realstate

Central Olompia Realstate is a mixed-use commercial development featuring five basements, ground floor, and 21 floors for each of Building A, B, and C. The project delivers modern, high-rise structures for business and residential purposes.

Our Role

JIT Engineering PLC was engaged as a Subcontractor for the Central Olompia Realstate project, with ATTA Trading PLC as the main contract provider. The agreement was signed and became effective on July 24, 2025.

Our work scope covers the full ICT system cabling and installation works for the entire development.
